Since 1982, Techniserv has provided cGMP process and automation solutions to nearly every segment of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries including most of the leading suppliers of therapeutic and prescription medicines. For process engineering, sterile suite equipment such as media/buffer prep., bioreactors/fermentors (10L thru 30KL), purification skids, large scale process modules, and automation systems integration, Techniserv has the management, engineering and fabrication expertise to meet the most demanding requirements, in spec. and on time.

As illustrated in the photographs, Techniserv provides numerous standard and custom offerings in standalone skids and large platform-based “super skids”. Standalone systems include dual use fermentation/cell culture systems, CIP systems and modular building-block systems for separation and purification steps. Our platform based “super skids” can provide integrated multiple unit operation functionality with interchangeable sub-modules that can be reconfigured from campaign to campaign with minimal impact on the product changeover interval. These modularized products have greatly benefited from the diverse experience our engineering and design staff has received in designing systems to implement the multitude of processes our customers require. Also, as subject matter experts for several process steps in therapeutic, vaccine and API production, Techniserv offers Process Engineering Services as a standalone activity or in conjunction with a process equipment order. A partial list of services includes:
