eTMF in a secure, validated cloud provides support for all major document repositories, as well as secure external collaboration tools and integration with the Drug Information Association’s TMF Reference Model – all without the expense and hassle of a traditional eTMF solution.
The solution supports full- and partial-document scanning, and offers manual or automatic association of basic metadata during the scanning process. With eTMF in the cloud, external vendors, CROs and other collaborators can be granted limited portal access while lifetime chain of custody and audit trails are maintained.

A Beta version of Sitrof’s cloud-based eTMF solution will be available Aug. 6. The official product launch is scheduled for Oct. 1.
