How To Make The RTO More Productive For Employees

Life sciences may be a bright spot in the return to office (RTO) conversation. Workers within the industry are becoming more positive about returning to the office than workers in other sectors, according to Returning for Good, a recent Global Workplace Insights report from Unispace. During the peak of Covid in 2021, 71% of life sciences office workers were reluctant to return to the workplace, but today, that number is down to 48%.
