Leading With Authenticity

As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve had many opportunities to observe executives in action. I had bosses who were so difficult and critical that my stomach would churn every morning as I drove to work. I also had bosses who were extremely supportive and kind. I have learned over the course of my career what a good leader looks and feels like. Key to note is that not all bosses are good leaders.
