WOCIP Conference To Focus On "The Power Of We"

It took Women Of Color In Pharma (WOCIP) Advisory Council member and pharmaceutical industry executive Pamela Simpkins many years to fully harness the power of her social capital. “When I place a call to advocate for somebody, whether it’s a performance review or a recommendation for a job, people listen to me. There’s a level of respect and attention that’s paid to me. I know that I have to use it to advocate for others.”
