This 5 half-days structured course will provide an overview of common imaging strategies, as well as an update in new trends, relevant techniques, and applications in diagnostic and/or therapeutic neuroradiology. Neuroradiology: Practice to Innovation is designed for the practicing radiologist whose work involves neuroradiology, or those involved in the neurological sciences, neurosurgery, neurology, and/or related fields. COURSE HIGHLIGHTS - Practical discussion and review of common diseases involving the brain, head/neck, and spine - Overview of common imaging strategies, as well as an update in new trends, relevant techniques, and applications in diagnostic and/or therapeutic neuroradiology COURSE LEARNING OBJECTIVES Upon conclusion of the program, participants should be able to: - Review pediatric CNS infections - Recognize advances in imaging for acute ischemic stroke - Identify spine trauma classifications in the emergency room - Analyze dementia evaluation in the era of anti-amyloid immunotherapies - Review MR imaging of carotid artery pathologies CREDIT 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits will be offered.
