This course offers Live (in-person) and Livestream (virtual) attendance options. This course provides education on the role of psychiatry and other mental service professionals within behavioral healthcare and includes topics highlighting how professionals navigate various treatment modalities to address individual behavioral health needs. This CNE conference is designed for social workers and nurses. Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: - List pharmacologic treatment options. - Outline how traumatic stress impacts the healthcare professional and wellness strategies to improve health. - Describe concepts in civil commitment and clinical ethics.
