A Black CEO's Advice To The Next Generation

As the president and CEO of Nasco Healthcare, a company committed to improving patient safety, I need to be able to see the big picture. I do this not only for my company but for my family and community as well. In 2021 and beyond, that picture is in high definition, as we face major challenges around inequity, intolerance, and community cohesion. I am well-acquainted with these challenges in my capacity as one of the few African American CEOs in corporate America and, because of that, am in a unique position to share my experience with the next generation of leaders.
