I’ve had a fulfilling 25-year career in the pharmaceutical industry. During that time, I’ve worked for a couple of powerhouse companies, including Novartis, where I spent 15 years leading business units for oncology, transplant, infectious disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, over-the-counter, generics, and vaccines. Over the past decade there has been a tremendous amount of innovation happening in the startup realm, which piqued my interest in making a career move and in bringing cutting-edge therapies to patients in need.
