There is a talent war in the life sciences. The industry is booming with record amounts of venture capital flowing in, and there simply aren't enough qualified executives to fill all the open positions. In addition, the complexion of work itself is changing, with the pandemic having alerted all of us to the benefits of digital workplaces where physical proximity is less important than technological capacities.
