From CRO Executive To Biopharma CEO

I often made the (quiet) bet as to whether a biopharmaceutical executive would successfully make the transition to a CRO. After 30+ years with Quintiles (now part of iQvia), I developed, through the interview process, a good sense of determining if a C-suite individual with tremendous expertise leading a large or small biotech or pharmaceutical company could and would successfully make the transition to an executive position within a CRO.
