If asked, “How many interviews have you done of biopharmaceutical executives?” my response would be, “4,392.” Actually, I have no idea. But I can tell you that the majority have been over the phone, with perhaps a few dozen done in person. As for how many interviews for feature articles I’ve conducted via Zoom, the number is exactly two — both appearing in this issue. While today it seems I’m doing Zoom calls all the time, I will admit to not being an early adopter of the technology.
