Most people feel the need for a change at different points in their career. Over nearly three decades at Pfizer, I was fortunate to have served in different leadership roles. I had a lot of fun traveling the world, living abroad, and absorbing lessons from different cultures. Work is work, but I felt privileged to have had those experiences, culminating in my role as global president of the Rare Disease Division.
