Communities across the state—from Research Triangle Park and Holly Springs to Charlotte and the Piedmont Triad—saw new facilities, modernization projects, and major workforce development initiatives take shape. The year brought significant activity from companies scaling manufacturing capacity, building specialized training centers, and establishing U.S. headquarters to support continued innovation in biologics, gene therapy, advanced materials, and medical devices.
