My path to becoming a CEO is somewhat unconventional. I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My dad was self-made and had a heavy machinery, logging, and sawmill business. Although I quickly realized his line of work was not my destiny, I enjoyed the business side of it.
I went to university instead, and I took a shine to science, ultimately landing in pharmaceutics.
