What's With All The Stuff On Corporate Culture?

If you found a moment of tranquility during the lockdown of this pandemic, then you may have started to reflect on what’s really important — at home and at the office. During one such moment, I found myself pondering the concept of corporate culture. At first, I thought, “I’ve really been focused on this for the past 12 months.” I mean, 11 of the past 12 cover features have involved biopharmaceutical industry CEOs (nine being company cofounders). And intended or not, when interviewing CEOs and cofounders, the subject of corporate culture often comes up.
