The Mayo Clinic Mechanical Ventilation Conference provides high-quality education and immersive hands-on training in adult, pediatric, and neonatal mechanical ventilation management. The conference brings together physicians, respiratory therapists, and mid-level providers, and includes advanced sessions on point-of-care ultrasound and electrical impedance tomography (EIT). Learning Objectives Include *Describe core adult–pediatric physiologic differences that guide ventilator mode selection and titration. *Demonstrate waveform-based recognition and correction of patient–ventilator dyssynchrony in adult and pediatric cases. *Apply evidence-informed ventilation, ARDS, and liberation strategies across adult and pediatric ICU patients.
