SIR's IR Residency Practicum is evolving: Previously focused on graduating residents, this expanded program now supports all IR trainees-with tailored content based on where you are in your journey. Two dedicated learning tracks: - Advanced (PGY 5-7): Prepare for independent practice, board certification and career decisions - Early (PGY 2-4): Build clinical confidence, strengthen fundamentals and accelerate your growth Over two days, you'll gain practical insights you can apply immediately, from clinical decision-making to career navigation, delivered by leaders in IR.
