This year, Queen Elizabeth II celebrates 70 years on the U.K. throne, a reign that has seen dramatic social shifts, numerous prime ministers, and a fair few U.S. presidents, too. The world of tradition and stability that the British monarchy represents might seem a long way away from the reality of running a dynamic, modern pharma company, but there are actually some interesting leadership lessons we can learn from the Queen.
