Part 2 of 2: What To Do
Most bio startups go through periods when they are opaque to the outside world, also known as “stealth mode.” At some point, however, stealth mode must come to an end. In Part One of this two-part series, we explored what companies should know before exiting a period in stealth mode. In Part Two, we look at what companies should do to make the exit an effective exchange with the outside world — how to identify and reach investors, influencers, and stakeholders in a company’s pursuit of new treatments for diseases, from rare conditions to widespread medical challenges, some at the scale of public health. Our contributors are CEOs with varied backgrounds and experience with practicing stealth mode and with ending it.
