Is Silence Golden?

The 2017 #MeToo movement of women speaking up about sexual harassment in the workplace resulted in the downfall of some rather high profile (Matt Lauer), powerful (Harvey Weinstein), and political (Al Franken) figures. But the efforts of these courageous women led to another interesting phenomenon — the inspiration of men (e.g., Terry Crews, Brendan Frasier, Anthony Rapp) to come forward and voice their #Me- Too experiences. And as the various #MeToo stories unfolded, we were soon shocked to learn that predators like Larry Nassar, the former USA Gymnastics team physician, got away with preying on more than 150 girls for more than 20 years!
