Strong Company Culture: The Answer To The Great Resignation

The shifting corporate landscape still reeling from COVID-19, and the ensuing Great Resignation, with its 11.5 million unfilled jobs and 4.3 people quitting during March 2022, may not be stabilizing anytime soon (depending on whom you talk to or what you read).
Some say the Great Resignation started prior to the pandemic — that it’s a long-term trend that began back in 2009. Regardless of opinion, one thing is true: Talent is not accepting crumbs in the form of pay or, more importantly, company culture. The war for talent is real, particularly for life sciences companies facing continuous hiring challenges within the dwindling healthcare workforce. However, the solution is a simple and human one.
