Carolyn Bertozzi, a 2022 recipient of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, is not interested in raising capital or being a businessperson. That hasn’t prevented her from starting up, cofounding, or consulting with a growing number of biopharma companies — Bertozzi says she is working on her tenth company right now — hoping to translate her scientific discoveries into new medicines and diagnostic tools for patients.
