For many years, manufacturing was probably the last organization to participate in alternative work arrangements (i.e., job sharing, flexible work schedules, etc.), but that has changed forever. The pandemic forced us to challenge our previous misconceptions and biases, and we have shown that we can do this!

Designing, implementing, and managing these new ways of working require equally new and creative thinking. Most of all, we need leaders to accept our vulnerabilities; go deep into ourselves to uncover how we really feel about everything that is going on around us.
