Although the first issue of Life Science Leader (LSL) came out in February 2009, we still consider this summer the tenth anniversary of the magazine. That’s because in early 2008 we had made the risky decision to launch this new magazine — despite the looming Great Recession — and by summer we were already planning the first issue.
